DNS-Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation

This is a way of exercising in order to stimulate natural movement patterns.

Our brain is equipped with a ‘default program’, which is stimulated and developed during the first critical years of life.

During life we are affected by bad habits, injuries, illnesses and environmental factors that start to interfere with this default program and cause bad movement patterns.

The DNS approach is using scientific principals in order to achieve optimal muscle coordination by exercising in developmental positions.

DNS is used by top athletes all over the world, but it is also used to re-educate movement patterns in children and the elderly.

Pain, tension and stiffness in various parts of the body can often quickly be dealt with using this method.
